Millions of people all over the world depend on fish for their food. Fisherman used to not have the technology to go into deep waters to get bigger and better fish like we do today. Lately, fisherman have been capturing fish at a much faster rate than they can reproduce. Overfishing leads to a huge decline in the fish population. If fish are being caught faster than they can reproduce, there will be less and less fish. As fish decreases, so does food stability for humans and resteraunts. Overfishing messes with the food chain and can destroy their environment. Because of overfishing, many species are now endagered which has a huge impact on the ocean and human lives as well.
